5. Bookings & Payments

Where bookings are completed through Main Characters, payment terms will be provided before you confirm your booking.

• Split payments between members of the group.

Specific deposit amounts, payment schedules and final balance dates will be confirmed as part of your booking.

The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made by the relevant deadlines, including payments assigned to other members of the group.

Failure to make payment by the required date may result in the booking being cancelled and cancellation charges being applied.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

Main Characters works with independent accommodation providers, activity operators and other travel suppliers.

Although we carefully select the businesses featured on our platform, services may be delivered by independent third parties.

Each supplier remains responsible for delivering its services, maintaining the required licences and insurance, complying with applicable laws and fulfilling its confirmed obligations.

Additional supplier-specific terms and conditions may apply and will be made available before the booking is confirmed.

7. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies may differ between suppliers and bookings.

The policy applicable to your booking will be communicated before confirmation and will form part of your booking terms.

The lead booker must have authority to make the booking on behalf of everyone included and is responsible for passing relevant information to the group.

10. Our Liability

We take reasonable care when selecting the accommodation providers and experiences featured on Main Characters.

However, where services are delivered by independent suppliers, we are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes, government action or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Our responsibility for the performance of a confirmed booking will depend on the capacity in which Main Characters is acting and the specific terms provided when the booking is made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on Main Characters, including its branding, logos, written content, graphics, photography and website design, is owned by or licensed to Main Characters.
