Marbella

Golden beaches meet glamorous nightlife on Spain's most sophisticated coast where luxury feels effortless and celebrations flow seamlessly from day to night. Marbella delivers Costa del Sol charm with style.

Marbella is where Costa del Sol glamour meets sophisticated luxury — Spain's ultimate destination for hen celebrations that demand both style and substance. This is the playground for those who appreciate the finer things: golden beaches with exclusive beach clubs, Puerto Banús offering world-class shopping, and sunsets that feel like VIP experiences. The city strikes that perfect balance between traditional Andalusian charm and international luxury destination. Marbella's beach club scene rivals Saint-Tropez, while the old town offers authentic Spanish culture that grounds the luxury in genuine local character.

Marbella excels at luxury villa rentals with pools and beach club proximity. The limited number of large group villas means booking 6+ months ahead for peak season is essential. Expect premium pricing but exceptional facilities and service.

The Golden Mile and Puerto Banos operate on different schedules - Golden Mile beach clubs peak 2-8pm, while Puerto Banos nightlife doesnt start until 11pm. The luxury villa shortage means groups often split between multiple smaller properties. Book restaurant tables at Puerto Banos for 10pm - any earlier and you dine alone.

Marbella’s chicest beach club, where day beds turn into sunset sessions. Think flowing white curtains, live sax, and lobster pasta for lunch. You’ll want to dress up.

La Plage Casanis

Loud, glam, and unapologetically Marbella. Book a VIP bed, sip giant mojitos, and enjoy the DJ-led day party. Bridal bikini and oversized sunglasses? Essential.

NAO Pool Club

Charter a catamaran or yacht for the ultimate “just us girls” moment. Swim stops, cava, sunset views — it’s luxury in motion. Ask for the party playlists.

Marbella Private Boat Charter

Beachy and boho with incredible food and a side of tequila. More relaxed than Nikki Beach but just as stylish. Great as a Saturday warm-up.

Spanish dining is a little different. Lunch happens at 2pm, dinner never before 9pm, and the evening aperitivo is sacred. Embrace the rhythm, and you'll dine like locals rather than tourists.

Liverpool's evening energy is infectious in the best possible way. The night begins with cocktails in venues where music history lives in every brick, continues through bars where every local has a story to tell, and peaks in clubs that understand celebration better than anywhere else in the UK. This is a city that treats every hen night like it's the most important party happening that evening.

Something Different

Night Activities

Your evening starts with champagne at Puerto Banús where superyachts provide the backdrop, continues through exclusive venues where dress codes are taken seriously, and culminates in clubs where bottle service is standard and the energy is intoxicating.

What you need for a WILD NIGHT

Dinner theatre meets luxury dining. Acrobatics, dancers, live performances and genuinely good food. Everyone dresses up. Reserve early, arrive at 9:15 sharp, minimum €150 pp.

Mamzel at Finca Besaya

A full-blown glam fest. Sparkle, champagne, live entertainment, and plate smashing. Yes, you will be throwing napkins. Go big or go home.

Olivias La Cala White Party

Sophisticated Peruvian dining that becomes a dance floor by dessert. DJs, cocktails and high-glam energy. Come late and come dressed.

Coya Club

Best known for daytime, but their Sunset Parties are a quieter, chicer alternative. Cabana cocktails and sunset shots — ideal if you're not up for full club chaos.

Nikki Beach

Late-night cocktail club with live acts, DJs and golden interiors. Marbella's answer to Soho House — moody, vibey, and surprisingly intimate.

Enzo at Mogli

For a barefoot-on-the-sand vibe. DJs play until late, and the energy is more chill than clubby. Come here for the final night wind-down.

Sonora Beach

About 25 mins from Marbella but worth the trip for its Mediterranean views and luxe beach bed vibes. Great for a day-to-night crossover.

Nido Estepona

Golden hour DJs, barefoot dancing, sushi platters, and rosé poured like water. Beach club vibes with just the right amount of boujee.

Every destination has its quirks and unwritten rules. Here's the answers to the questions that come up before every single hen.

Frequently Asked

Is Marbella actually that expensive +
It can be. Beach clubs and Puerto Banús dinners come with premium price tags, especially in peak season. But there are ways to make it work — pool villa brunches, shared platters, and pre-drinks before going out all help keep budgets in check.
Do we need to book everything in advance +
Yes. Marbella runs on reservations. Beach beds, dinners, taxis, even a table for drinks — they’ll often turn you away without a name down. Book everything at least 2–3 weeks in advance (or more for July/August weekends). Especially Mamzel, Olivia's, and boat charters.
Is there Uber in Marbella +
No — but there are local taxi apps like Taxi Costa del Sol and PideTaxi. Or ask your accommodation to help arrange transfers. It’s best to book return taxis in advance for nightclubs, as late-night pickups are competitive and pricey. Group transport companies are a great shout if you're staying further out.
What’s the dress code like +
Marbella is dress to impress territory. Think heels, beach glam, polished everything. Venues like Mamzel, COYA, and Olivia’s all expect a smart dress code — no beachwear, flip-flops, or matching novelty outfits after sunset. But pool parties and villas are the time for floaty matching sets and swimsuits with sassy slogans.
Is Marbella good for hen parties in off-season +
Yes, but with caveats. April–May and September–October still bring warm weather and slightly calmer vibes. Some clubs and beach venues shut in winter (Nov–Feb), but you’ll find great deals on villas and flights — plus mild temps for a chill, boujee pre-wedding getaway.
Should we stay in a villa or hotel +
Depends on your style. Villas are great for pool parties, home-cooked breakfasts, and feeling like you’re on Love Island. But many are out of town, so you’ll need taxis everywhere. Hotels (especially in Puerto Banús or on the Golden Mile) are better for location, concierge help, and fewer logistics.
