Tigerlily makes the standard cocktail-masterclass format feel considerably less like a chain-bar team-building exercise. The class takes place downstairs in Coco Boho, its private function suite beneath the hotel, with an expert mixologist and enough polish to make the whole thing feel like part of the night rather than an organised detour.
You start with a welcome cocktail, then make two more yourselves over the 90-minute session. It works especially well when you want one structured moment in the day without handing the entire afternoon over to it, and once you are finished you can head straight upstairs for drinks or out onto George Street without anybody having to negotiate another taxi.

The Shake It Up Classic masterclass currently costs £35 per person and lasts 90 minutes. There is a minimum group size of 10, while Coco Boho can accommodate groups of up to 50.
Full payment is required when booking. Tigerlily also offers afternoon tea and drinks upstairs, so this is particularly easy to turn into a longer George Street afternoon without adding another venue.
