An Iberian Brunch with Free-Flowing Sangria
BoBo is the option for a group that wants bottomless without immediately introducing saxophones, sparklers and somebody shouting into a microphone. The Castle Street wine bar leans into Iberian café culture instead, with sangria, Prosecco, beer and enough food on the table to make the whole thing feel more like a very long lunch.
For 90 minutes you get free-flowing drinks alongside charcuterie, Spanish cheese, olives and other Iberian snacks. It suits a smaller or more food-led hen especially well: everybody can actually talk, nobody is racing towards a dancefloor at 1pm, and there is still plenty of time for Liverpool to become significantly louder later.
Bottomless brunch currently costs £35 per person and is available Friday to Sunday between midday and 5pm. House sangria, Prosecco and bottled beer are included, with food built around charcuterie, Spanish cheeses, olives and other Iberian snacks.
This is one of the calmer bottomless options in the Liverpool set, which is very much a compliment. If the group wants cocktails or spritzes rather than the standard drinks selection, upgrade options may also be available.
