A 90 Minute Bottomless Brunch on the Quayside
Victors is one of the prettier ways to start a Newcastle hen without sending the group immediately into full brunch chaos. The Quayside setting does a lot of the work: wisteria overhead, Millennium Bridge views and an all-weather terrace that still feels occasion-worthy when Newcastle refuses to cooperate.
For £45, everyone gets two small plates, a side and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks, with cocktails available as an upgrade. It feels more long lunch than pancakes-under-strip-lighting, making it a strong choice for a bride who wants the daytime plan polished but still very much drinking.
Bottomless brunch currently costs £45 per person. The standard drinks include Prosecco, rosé Prosecco, house wine, beer and house spirits with mixers, while the signature spritzer and cocktail upgrade costs an additional £7.50.
Saturday sessions run from 11am until 3pm, while Thursday, Friday and Sunday have different service windows. Standard online bottomless bookings are for tables of up to eight, with larger groups handled directly by the venue.
