Pleased To Meet You is the stabiliser in a Newcastle night out: central, polished and much more useful than heading directly from dinner into somewhere with sticky floors and emotional dancefloor decisions. The main bar specialises in proper cocktails, premium spirits and sharing plates, so it works particularly well while everybody still looks exactly as they intended.
For much bigger hens, the downstairs Viceroy suite changes the proposition completely. It can take up to 120 with its own private bar, food and drinks packages and optional DJ or singer, meaning a very large group can essentially build its own night underneath the main venue.

The main bar is open until 2am every day, while the Viceroy private room is available for hire seven days a week and can accommodate up to 120 people with its own bar.
The £25 figure is an indicative Main Characters cocktail spend rather than a fixed package. Private events are individually quoted depending on group size, food, drinks and whether entertainment is being added.
