Bohemia is the polished cocktail-class option in The Lanes. The masterclass takes place upstairs in The Late Lounge, where the group gets a private bar and a mixologist bartender to yourselves rather than being lined up beside a branded slush machine.
Everyone gets involved behind the bar, making and drinking three cocktails after a welcome glass of bubbly. It gives you enough structure to count as a proper activity, but the setting keeps it firmly in girls’-weekend territory. Once the class finishes, you are already in one of Brighton’s best areas for dinner and late drinks, and Bohemia itself gets considerably livelier as Friday and Saturday wear on.

Bohemia’s cocktail masterclasses are £45 per person and run on request. The package includes three cocktails per person plus a welcome drink, with everyone getting the chance to make the drinks themselves behind The Late Lounge bar.
The venue caters for both large and small groups, but bookings over six should be arranged directly. Friday and Saturday nights operate an over-25s policy from 9pm, so bear that in mind if the group plans to stay on afterwards.
