A 90 Minute Brunch with Cocktails and DJs at Louis
Louis turns brunch into the main event. The Spinningfields dining room is all plush booths, low lighting and Italian-American glamour, with a live DJ making sure nobody mistakes this for somewhere they should quietly catch up over eggs.
The current Brunch Club gives you 90 minutes of free-flowing cocktails alongside indulgent brunch food, and it is very deliberately pitched as the daytime version of Louis after dark. This is the one to book when brunch is supposed to carry the afternoon rather than simply feed everybody before the next activity.
Brunch Club currently runs every Saturday from midday until 3:30pm, with the last booking at 1:45pm. The package costs £62.50 per person and includes 90 minutes of free-flowing cocktails, brunch food and a live DJ.
Louis is the pricier brunch in the Manchester set, but that makes more sense when the brunch itself is the centrepiece. Weekend tables are worth booking early, especially for larger groups.
