Wine + Tapas
Brisa is the cool-girl answer to bottomless: Spanish tiles, a buzzy bar, tapas and the dangerous holiday feeling that makes “one more bottle” seem completely sensible. Rather than racing through a 90-minute drinks package, the idea is simpler — order a couple of plates each, put wine on the table and let lunch run for as long as the afternoon deserves.
It works particularly well for a smaller or slightly calmer hen that wants good food and wine before wandering into the rest of Brighton. If the bride wants saxophones, sparklers and people standing on furniture at noon, choose something else. If she wants croquetas, a bottle chilling beside the table and absolutely no stopwatch involved, this is much more useful.
This is deliberately not a formal bottomless brunch. Brisa currently serves tapas, wine and cocktails throughout the day, with the venue open from 11am until 11pm. The £40 figure is an indicative Main Characters spend rather than a fixed Brisa package.
Brisa actively caters for celebrations and group bookings, but this one is strongest for a smaller or medium-sized hen that wants lunch to feel relaxed rather than programmed. We’ll confirm the food, wine allowance and final spend with the venue before booking.
