Lili’s Brunch and Cocktails
Palma Old Town | ££ | THE SOPHIA & CINZIA ONE
If Sofia and Cinzia ever did Palma, this is where they’d land. Lili’s is pastel, polished, and unapologetically for the girls. The menu leans classic brunch with a pretty twist: eggs, pancakes, big plates, good coffee, and crucially, cocktails that aren’t treated like a novelty. This is one of the rare Palma brunch spots where ordering a Paloma before noon feels not just acceptable but the only option. It’s chic without being fussy, buzzy without chaotic. 10/10, no notes for a Palma hen weekend.
Good to know: It’s a small space, and queues are normal on weekends. If you’re a big group, opt for their Portixol location. It’s seafront, just as beautiful, but importantly, you can book ahead online.

Cafe Poupette
Santa Catalina | ££ | RELAXED, LOCAL-FEEL BRUNCH
Café Poupette is the antidote to the boozy brunch. Set in Santa Catalina and nestled in Sa Feixina Park, it’s quietly confident, unfussy, and exactly the sort of place you book when you want to sit in the sun, enjoy good food, and debrief the night before. The food leans French in the most casual, unpretentious way. It’s not flashy, but it is very good. A brunch that tastes like someone in the kitchen cares. It’s also an easy launch point for a post-brunch wander: Santa Catalina is made for slow mooching before you’re ready to decide where the first drink happens.
Good to know: This isn’t a boozy booking. Go here for calm, proper fuel, and a gentle reset before cocktails later. You can book online on their website, so better to be safe than sorry.

Bar Bosch
Palma Old Town | ££ | THE SOPHIA & CINZIA ONE
Bar Bosch is quintessential Palma. Right in the thick of it, it’s an institution for its outdoor tables, constant movement, and that “sit here and watch the world go by” atmosphere. This isn’t an aesthetic brunch destination. But it is a cult classic for a reason. Food is more tapas-and-llonguet-led than brunchy-brunch: their famous rolls, plates made for sharing, and drinks that start innocent and quietly escalate. Ideal if you want to feel like you’re in Palma rather than visiting it.
Good to know: It’s first-come, first-served and always busy. Tables turn quickly, but bigger groups may need to hover, stalk, and pounce. Staff will serve locals before Brits; don’t take it personally.

Ginger
Passeig del Born | ££ | MAIN-STREET BRUNCH WITH COCKTAILS
Ginger is a beautiful spot in an incredible location. It’s right on Passeig del Born, aka Palma’s designer district, so you’re brunching in peak people-watching territory. Inside is bright and modern, outside is sleek, and the food is crowd-pleasing (brunch classics with a healthier tilt). They also have great cocktails, so you can keep it brunchy without it feeling aggressively wholesome. Pre-warning, they are temporarily closed at the moment, so double-check their Instagram before heading along.
Good to know: This one gets busy because the location is unbeatable. If you’ve got a group and a time window, book ahead rather than chancing it.

Mestis
Santa Catalina | £££ | COOL LUNCH THAT TURNS INTO DRINKS
Mestís is a hidden gem that hasn’t quite hit TikTok yet (thankfully). It’s in Santa Catalina, and it has a low-lit, cool-room energy that makes 2pm feel suspiciously later than it is. This isn’t a waffle-and-iced-latte spot. . Cuisine-wise it’s California meets Mediterranean, so expect bold, sunny flavours and vibrant plates made for sharing. With that being said, I had some of the best pancakes of my trip here. It’s less tourist-terrace, more can we go back tomorrow?
Good to know: You’ll wish you booked the second you’re standing outside at peak lunch. If you’re a group, reserve and arrive together.
Carrer d’Annibal 12A, 07013 Palma de Mallorca
Mama Carmen’s
Santa Catalina | ££ | BRUNCH THAT ACTUALLY FEEDS YOU
Mama Carmen’s is my pick for any group with dietary requirements. It’s casual, lively, and a place that’s clearly become a local favourite. Everything is vegan and homemade, most dishes can be done gluten-free, but crucially, it doesn’t taste like a compromise. You can tell it’s made in-house with proper, fresh ingredients, and plates arrived stacked. This isn’t one for the boozy-brunch crowd, but if your group cares about genuinely good food (and everyone being able to eat it), it’s perfect.
Good to know: If you’re staying right in the centre, it’s a bit of a schlep, but if you’ve got a group with dietary requirements, it’s worth the journey.

Rosevelvet Bakery
Palma Old Town | ££ | BRUNCH-FIRST (NOT BOOZY)
If Matilda Djerf did Palma, she’d be here. Rosevelvet is minimal, quietly Scandi, and the sort of place where even a weekday breakfast looks styled (in a good way). Pancakes come stacked, eggs are done every which way, and iced coffees arrive exactly how you want them. It’s busy for a reason. But let’s be clear: this is not a boozy brunch spot. No cocktails, no sneaky mimosas, no “can you just…?” energy. This is brunch-brunch. Come when the group wants proper food, a cute setting, and you’re happy to save the drinks for later.
Good to know: Expect a queue at peak times, especially mid-morning. Go early if you hate waiting, or build it into the plan and line up, knowing it moves fairly quickly.
Placa del Rosari 5, 07001 Palma de Mallorca

Santal
Santa Catalina | ££ | COOL-GIRL BRUNCH
Santal is the kind of cool-girl café to beeline for once you’ve already had one good coffee. Calm but stylish, with a pared-back, neutral interior and a crowd that also found it on TikTok. It’s not flashy, not chaotic, just quietly excellent. It’s set in a former windmill, which sounds like it should be a gimmick, but somehow isn’t. It’s walk-in only, but not too busy, so it’s absolutely doable even during peak season.
Good to know: Better for smaller groups. Go earlier if you want to sit together without hovering.
Carrer de Sant Magi 65, 07013 Palma de Mallorca
Santina
Palma Marina | £££ | BOOZY LUNCH
Santina is not so much a brunch spot as a long lunch pretending to be casual, and that’s exactly why it works for a girls’ group. Set right on the marina, it’s sun-drenched tables, cold rosé, and a day started on the right foot. Food leans Mediterranean and lunchy rather than breakfast-heavy, so if you’re looking for pancakes, this isn’t the one. But the real draw is the setting: boats bobbing, glasses clinking, and zero pressure to leave quickly. Ideal for hens who want to sit, eat well, and let the afternoon unravel naturally.
Good to know: Book ahead if you can, especially for weekends. This is a popular daytime spot, and walk-ins can be hit-or-miss when the weather’s good.
Avinguda de Gabriel Roca 33, 07014
Cappuccino Grand Cafe
Sant Miquel | ££ | CLASSIC TERRACE STOP
Cappuccino Grand Café is a Palma institution. Yes, it’s touristy. Yes, it’s still useful. This Sant Miquel location sits right on one of the city’s busiest shopping streets, which makes it ideal for a low-effort stop mid-wander. Big terrace, constant foot traffic, and a menu that covers coffee, brunch plates, light lunches, and daytime drinks without requiring any decisions. It’s a little pricier than other spots, but worth it.
Good to know: Service can be relaxed, especially when it’s busy, so this is best for lingering rather than rushing. There are multiple Cappuccino cafés across Palma — make sure you’re meeting at the Sant Miquel location.
