Hillside villa with panoramic sea views, pool and terrace in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend above Palma.

The Best Group Airbnbs in Palma That Actually Allow Hens

Palma is almost the perfect hen weekend destination: warm enough for pool days, compact enough to bar crawl the old town, and stocked with brunches that solve even the worst hangovers. The only sticking point? Finding Airbnbs fit for twelve women who’ve only met once.

From an old town apartment with a private courtyard pool where everything’s on foot, to a hillside finca with an infinity pool that no one will want to leave, these are the best big group Airbnbs in Palma for a hen weekend.

Casco Antiguo House, Palma Old Town

SLEEPS 10

An airbnb with a private pool in the courtyard…in the middle of Palma’s old town. Does anything else really matter? The house opens from a quiet old town street into white walls and wooden floors. The decor is not particularly special, in fact it leans basic, but it what it lacks in Pinterest polish it makes up for in good old fashioned box-ticking. Every bedroom is en-suite, it’s literally in the center of old town, and it has a pool.

This is a Palma base, not a stay-in house. vibey dinner in the old town, a bar or two, back on foot through streets that look best at night, coffee in the courtyard the next morning. That loop, for three days, is a very good Palma hen weekend.

Good to know: Everything is walkable from here. All bedrooms en-suite. Courtyard pool is genuinely unusual for this part of the city.

From £851 per nnight

Es Barranc Vell, Palma

SLEEPS 12

Modern villa with infinity pool overlooking hills and sun-soaked terrace in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend near Palma.

The question of going anywhere else stops coming up after the first evening. That’s not a selling point — it’s just what happens when you put twelve people in front of an infinity pool looking out over the Mallorcan hills with a glass of something cold and nowhere to be.

Twenty minutes from Palma, no neighbours in sight, the house does that balance well — clean and modern but still warm, Mallorcan details that stop it feeling like a rental, a kitchen that actually gets used. Six bedrooms, all flexible as doubles or twins. The full pool setup downstairs — fridge, plates, outdoor shower — means leaving requires an active group decision that nobody ends up making.

One thing to be clear on: quiet after 10pm, no parties, groups aged 30 and over. This is a hen weekend that wants a proper escape rather than anything requiring management after midnight. If that’s the brief, there’s very little in Mallorca that does it better.

Good to know: Cars needed — around 20 minutes from Palma and the beach. Strict house rules and age policy (30+). Private chef and wellness add-ons available.

From £1,037 per person

Son Soleclau, Rural Mallorca

SLEEPS 14–20

Traditional finca with large pool, stone walls and shaded terraces in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend in the countryside.

Twelve bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. You arrive, pick a room, and don’t really see half the group again until dinner.

At a finca this size that’s not a problem — it’s the whole point. The house has real personality, the kind that comes from the building itself rather than anything anyone has done to it: thick walls, wooden beams, a central fireplace, a kitchen that looks like it was built to feed twenty people because it was. The pool is actually deep, which sounds like a low bar until you’ve encountered enough decorative ones across Mallorca. The terraces and little corners scattered across the property mean the group finds its own rhythm without any coordination — someone’s by the pool, someone’s started the BBQ, someone’s been sitting in the same shaded spot since 11am and has no plans to move.

Breakfast becomes a long one. Dinner at the outdoor table runs until it runs out. Close enough to Palma that going in is easy — far enough that nobody brings it up until day two.

Good to know: 10–15 minutes into Palma. Worth a walk-round on arrival before everyone claims a corner. Easy taxis.

From £1,700 per night

Villa Son Felip, Rural Mallorca

SLEEPS 20–25

There is a beer tap. An actual, functioning, wall-mounted beer tap. That single detail tells you most of what you need to know. This isn’t a design villa or a quiet countryside retreat — it’s a machine for keeping twenty-five people happy without anyone having to think too hard about it. Ten-plus bedrooms, more bathrooms than you’d expect, and outdoor space generous enough that a group this size spreads out rather than piles up. The pool, BBQ, and garden become the default afternoon without any planning required. Private chef, bartender, full keg setup — all available through the host, all designed to keep the weekend exactly within your own walls if that’s where the group wants it.

It’s managed on both sides, which matters at this scale: guest lists monitored, extras arranged through the host rather than independently. For twenty-plus people, that kind of structure is more useful than it sounds.

Good to know: Around 25 minutes from the airport. Capacity up to 25 with additional charge. All add-ons through the host only. Guest registration required.

From £950 per night

Villa Es Pont, Hillside

SLEEPS 10

Traditional villa with garden, pool and views over Palma bay in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend.

Some villas try very hard. This one doesn’t need to — it’s been sitting on its hillside above Palma long enough to have stopped caring, and the view across the cathedral and the bay makes the argument on its own.

Traditional Spanish, slightly worn-in, comfortable in the way things are when they’ve always worked. Six bedrooms, not the most polished finish, but daily maid service means nothing accumulates into a problem and cars available through the house take the logistics out of getting into Palma when the mood strikes. Pool, proper garden, a BBQ that gets used every night, and a basketball court that starts as an ironic suggestion on day one and becomes genuinely competitive by day three.

Good to know: Full privacy, elevated position. Daily maid service included. Cars available through the host. Three night minimum stay is really convenient for a hen.

From £700 per night

Casa Filipinas, City Centre

SLEEPS 10–12

Spacious city villa with pool, garden and multiple living areas in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend in Palma.

Most villas are outside the city. Most city stays don’t have a pool or a garden worth mentioning. This one is 500 square metres, central, and has both — which is why it’s on this list before anything else about it gets discussed.

Multiple living areas mean people can move around without losing each other, which by day two of any group trip quietly becomes the most valuable thing a house can offer. Everything else is uncomplicated: air con throughout, comfortable bedrooms, bikes available, a supermarket close enough that a proper food shop doesn’t require planning. The outdoor space is generous enough that dinner for twelve doesn’t feel like a squeeze.

It sits in the middle ground between countryside finca and city apartment, which is either exactly the brief or a slight compromise depending on the group. For flexibility without sacrificing location, it’s one of the stronger options in the city.

Good to know: 10–15 minutes to the marina, 20 to the centre. No noise after midnight. Supermarket very close. Four night minimum, which is never a bad thing….

From £917 per night

Villa Playa Felostal, Playa de Palma

SLEEPS 8–10

Coastal villa with saltwater pool and shaded outdoor dining near the beach in Airbnbs in Mallorca for a hen weekend.

The entire premise here is that nothing requires effort — and the house delivers on it completely without making a feature of it.

Saltwater pool, shaded outdoor dining, beach on foot, restaurants within walking distance. Days find their own rhythm without anyone organising them: beach, pool, out for dinner, back without needing a taxi. Split across two floors, comfortable throughout, a kitchen that works without being a talking point. It’s the easy option, genuinely and without apology. For the group that wants sun, warmth, and no logistics, this is a very quiet yes.

Good to know: Walking distance to Playa de Palma. Free parking outside, but note a four-night minimum booking.
