The decor is not particularly special, in fact it leans basic, but it what it lacks in Pinterest polish it makes up for in good old fashioned box-ticking. Every bedroom is en-suite, it’s literally in the center of old town, and it has a pool.
This is a Palma base, not a stay-in house. vibey dinner in the old town, a bar or two, back on foot through streets that look best at night, coffee in the courtyard the next morning. That loop, for three days, is a very good Palma hen weekend.
Good to know: Everything is walkable from here. All bedrooms en-suite. Courtyard pool is genuinely unusual for this part of the city.

Twelve bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. You arrive, pick a room, and don’t really see half the group again until dinner.
At a finca this size that’s not a problem — it’s the whole point. The house has real personality, the kind that comes from the building itself rather than anything anyone has done to it: thick walls, wooden beams, a central fireplace, a kitchen that looks like it was built to feed twenty people because it was. The pool is actually deep, which sounds like a low bar until you’ve encountered enough decorative ones across Mallorca. The terraces and little corners scattered across the property mean the group finds its own rhythm without any coordination — someone’s by the pool, someone’s started the BBQ, someone’s been sitting in the same shaded spot since 11am and has no plans to move.
Breakfast becomes a long one. Dinner at the outdoor table runs until it runs out. Close enough to Palma that going in is easy — far enough that nobody brings it up until day two.

Most villas are outside the city. Most city stays don’t have a pool or a garden worth mentioning. This one is 500 square metres, central, and has both — which is why it’s on this list before anything else about it gets discussed.
Multiple living areas mean people can move around without losing each other, which by day two of any group trip quietly becomes the most valuable thing a house can offer. Everything else is uncomplicated: air con throughout, comfortable bedrooms, bikes available, a supermarket close enough that a proper food shop doesn’t require planning. The outdoor space is generous enough that dinner for twelve doesn’t feel like a squeeze.
It sits in the middle ground between countryside finca and city apartment, which is either exactly the brief or a slight compromise depending on the group. For flexibility without sacrificing location, it’s one of the stronger options in the city.

Split across two floors, comfortable throughout, a kitchen that works without being a talking point. It’s the easy option, genuinely and without apology. For the group that wants sun, warmth, and no logistics, this is a very quiet yes.
